Frequently asked questions

How long does the service take?

It depends on the package and the condition of the vehicle. Basic maintenance takes 1.5 to 3 hours; a full detail, 4 to 8 hours; and paint correction with a ceramic coating, 1 to 2 days because of preparation and curing times. We confirm the estimated time during the diagnosis, before we start.

Do you offer mobile service?

Yes. We offer washing, detailing and interiors at your location in Atotonilco el Grande, Huasca de Ocampo, Real del Monte and Pachuca. A fee applies depending on the zone, which we tell you when quoting. We just need a space with access to water and power, or we coordinate it with you.

Which services are NOT mobile?

Paint correction and ceramic coating are done exclusively in our studio. Both processes require a controlled, dust-free environment, professional inspection lighting and stable temperature and humidity for curing: doing them outdoors would compromise the result and the warranty.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every service includes a satisfaction guarantee: if the result does not meet the standard we agreed on, we go back over it until it does. The ceramic coating also includes an extended warranty according to the product applied, with no fine print or hidden conditions.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the size and condition of the vehicle and the package you choose (a compact in good shape is not the same as an SUV with badly damaged paint). That is why every job is quoted individually: ask us for a quote, we run the diagnosis, and we give you a clear price before starting, with no surprises.
