Acceptance. Accessing and using this website implies that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Purpose. Mattlali Car Detailing provides auto detailing, paint correction, ceramic protection and vehicle care services, in-studio and at your location, in the State of Hidalgo. The content of the site is informational and commercial.
Quotes and pricing. Services are quoted individually based on the size, condition and needs of each vehicle; prices may vary and are confirmed before any work begins. Images and descriptions are illustrative and do not constitute a binding offer until the quote is confirmed.
Warranties. Every service includes a satisfaction guarantee as agreed; the ceramic coating includes an extended warranty according to the product applied and its use and maintenance conditions. Warranties do not cover later damage from misuse, accidents or lack of maintenance.
Intellectual property. All site content (text, images, brand and logos) is the property of Mattlali or used with authorization and is protected by applicable law. Reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Use of the site. You agree to use the site lawfully and in accordance with applicable Mexican law. Mattlali does not guarantee the site is free of errors or interruptions, nor is it liable for decisions made based on published information without direct advice.
Consumer protection. As a consumer, you are entitled to the rights provided by Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC). Any complaint may be filed with the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
Personal data. The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, available on this site.
Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the State of Hidalgo, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by the LFPC.
